Along with his Sous chef, Chef Adil celebrates his love of cooking by bringing a modern flair to the ancient, traditional Indian Tandoor technique of cooking to St. Lucia. Our lunch menu is changed daily, but always follows the same concept of offering two meats, two vegetables, rice, bread and dessert, for a complete culinary experience.
